Editorial Independence
Denver Dean's List does not sell placement in its rankings. No business can pay to be included, pay to move up, or pay to remove a competitor. Advertising from listed businesses is not accepted. If you have received a solicitation claiming that a payment will affect a Denver Dean's List ranking, it did not come from us — please report it via our contact page.
How Rankings Are Researched
Lists are compiled from publicly verifiable sources: state licensing records (such as DORA), Google Business Profiles and review histories, Better Business Bureau records, industry certifications, and each company's own published information. Our evaluation criteria are summarized at the top of every ranking page.
Verification Status
Rankings are re-verified on a rolling cycle. Where a list is undergoing re-verification, we say so on the page, and outbound links to company websites are withheld until verification of that company is complete.
Nominations
Reader nominations are welcome and are evaluated under the same criteria as businesses we find through our own research. Submitting a nomination never guarantees inclusion.
Compensation and Affiliations
This site does not currently use affiliate links. If that changes, affiliate relationships will be disclosed on the pages where they appear, and they will not influence rankings.
Business Relationships
The publisher of Denver Dean's List has a business relationship with MoJo Home Services (mojoyourhomes.com). Where MoJo Home Services appears in our rankings, it is held to the same verification standard as every other company — verifiable licensing, certifications, and public review history — and it appears only in categories where it genuinely operates. Its placement is not for sale, and this relationship is disclosed here so readers can weigh it for themselves.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it and note the update on the affected page. Correction requests can be filed through the correction form; please include a source we can verify.
