What This Policy Covers
Denver Dean's List is an editorial publication. We do not require accounts, we do not sell products on this site, and we collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us through our contact and nomination forms.
Information You Provide
When you submit a form on our contact page, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message or nomination. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider, and delivered to our editorial inbox. Formspree's own handling of that data is described in Formspree's privacy policy.
We use what you send us for one purpose: responding to your inquiry or evaluating your nomination. Nominator names are never published. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and how they move through our rankings. This data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not run advertising trackers. Google's handling of analytics data is described in Google's privacy policy, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our hosting provider, Vercel, also produces standard server logs (such as IP address and requested page) as part of operating the site.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (names beginning with _ga) to distinguish visits and sessions. We do not set cookies for advertising, and we do not sell or share cookie data.
Third-Party Links
Our rankings link to the official websites of the businesses we cover. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Data Retention and Your Choices
We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for editorial follow-up. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion, email Topranked@denverdeanslist.com and we will respond promptly.
