Badjar, a cosmetologist licensed since January 2005 and living in Westminster; Kathryn F. Meese, licensed since May 2019; Rebecca Rose Tope and Drake Rosberg, both Westminster residents licensed in 2017 and 2021; and Talia Christina Tschida, who holds the separate hairstylist credential rather than the cosmetologist one, issued in August 2007. It ranks fifth for reasons we would rather state than hide. The stylist roster is published under first names only — Sara Jo, Alli, Leah, Mikayla, Pablo, Destiny, Zoe and the rest — so none of it could be checked in the state licensee file, and we could not match the owner's own credential either: no Sarah or Sara Garcia appears in the barber and cosmetology classes of the state file, which most often means a licence held under a maiden or legal name that differs from the one on the door.
